Many years ago a number of universities and governments did lots of studies to find out how to
speak languages quickly. To-day many of the programs that diplomats use still use this system.
It takes the same amount of time to memorize a whole sentence as it does to learn one word.
Once the sentence is memorized, you change the middle, the end or the beginning. Everyone
remembers the beginning of a sentence so it is best to start memorizing the end first. After the
sentence is memorized, change the last word. For example; I am going to the store, I am going
to the post office, I am going to the park. The next part would be to change the subject; I am going
to the park. You are going to the park, Tom is going to the park. Etc. Then change the middle which
is the most difficult; I am walking to the park, I am riding a bike to the part, I’m running to the park.
This concept can be incorporated into any language learning program. You will find you will be
speaking fluently in no time.
