I have compared several schools before my decision. I want to learn Chinese well and I also like to know Chinese culture. And I think the attitude of the teacher, the consultant here are all very positive. I like to stay with them and get the care from th
A couple of weeks ago I learned that Chinese are able to get a European residency by investing 120,000 Euros
in a property or stocks in Spain. The Spanish Economy has fallen apart and the government is trying to attract foreigner
to save it. I sent out the information to friends in China but I had no news. Today I went to eat at a tiny little restaurant that
had scaled down due to the hard economic times. It is unique in Spain. The owner was from Granada who had gone to
work in Paris. While in Paris he acquired very cosmopolitan tastes and now has a palette of dishes that are not typical in
Spain. With our drinks he served us sweet and sour pork ribs as tapas for the first round. Just as we started to Eat, we noticed
that a Chinese man came and entered the door alongside his bar. He went up the stairs and opened the balcony window.
Out next dish was a wonderful salad of Tomatoes, Buffalo mozzarella, artichokes and a special wine made out of Pedro
Jimenez wine. As the salad was brought to the table another Chinese man in a motorcycle helmet entered the same building.
Now that there were two, it caught my attention. I commented to my friends that it had to be some Chinese investing in
Granada to get their European Residency. The third tapa or free food that comes with the drinks arrived. I asked Manuel the
owner who the Chinese were. I had guessed they had purchased the apartment above the bar in the beautiful plaza Del
Principe. It used to be the home of an Arab prince in the 11th century thus the name. The first Chinese man came out on the
balcony just as we were speaking. Low and behold he looked at me and turned around quickly. Manuel told us that they were
very wealthy Chinese that had purchased the apartment above his bar. The man turned around having seen me. He is a well
known Chinese Politician who had taken heed of my article and advice and moved into town!!
