I have a couple of Rich girlfriends and I have noticed it is not so easy.
My girl friend was from the wealthiest French Family in the world... As
she knew she had lots of money she didn’t know where the cutoff point was
to be normal. She was determined to raise her children like normal children
but grandma would let that happen. The youngest boy bought a lottery ticket
which was much against the principle of his grandmother. She asked why would
you buy a lottery ticket. The little boy said because I want to buy a pony.
The grandmother had purchased a horse very her daughter that was expensive and
well bred but had nothing to do with what a child could ride. It was an expensive
race horse. Her daughter wasn’t going to let that happen to her son. A couple
of weeks went by and the airport called my friend and said we have a pony here
for you at the airport. Where should we deliver it? My girl friend didn’t want
her son just to have everything. She wanted him to know how to work for something
to appreciate its value. Furious, she sent the pony back from Baltimore to Los
Angeles by plane just as it came. A flight like that costs approximately $3000.
The pony couldn’t have cost more than $ 500. Then it cost another $3000 to fly
the pony back to Los Angeles from Baltimore. The difficulties of being rich can
be overwhelming!
